As a human "with shares in EU" and "without shares in <whatever social network>" I also prefer government deciding whom and how to ban.
That said, I'm also worried about how EU currently plans to do that, since current proposal seems to be in favor of comanies, citizens less so. twitter.com/alexstubb/stat…
