If the problem is a gibberish law lingo used by websites in "agreements", then we need to get rid of that gibberish law lingo. (Or teach people to read it.)

a) If I accept gibberish law lingo terms without understanding, I have 1 problem: missing understanding of those terms.
b) If I accept gibberish law lingo terms based on AI recommendation, I have 2 problem: same as before + not understanding that AI and its recommendation
