Know-how sharing req: Did sombdy already dealt w/ conflict between #OpenData, PSI, #DigitalSingleMarket on one side and #GDPR on the other side? Is say PSI "the universal excuse" for processing "personal information" found in public datasets (say biz register)? Pls reply w/ DM.
